Our magnetic rods, also known as magnetic filter bars or magnetic separator rods, are designed for efficient removal of ferrous contaminants from dry or liquid materials. Built with high-performance NdFeB (Neodymium) magnets, these rods provide a strong magnetic field strength (up to 12000–15000 Gauss) for reliable and continuous separation.
Encased in stainless steel (SS304 or SS316), the magnetic rods offer excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and hygienic performance, making them suitable for food-grade and industrial applications. Available in various diameters, lengths, and magnetic strengths, with custom designs for different filtration systems.
